I'M Patricia.

Patricia A. Caple is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro, North Carolina. She received a Master of Business Administration from Western New England University, Springfield, Massachusetts. She joined the United States Air Force in 1986 and retired as Lt Colonel after 23 years of Military Service. Patricia worked as a Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Program Manager for the VA Maryland Health Care System. She retired from the VHA in March 2022, after 10 years of service.
